Renewal of Rules

Forum and Roleplaying Regulations
1). Do not bring OOC(out of character, meaning you’re the player) issues IC(in character, meaning the person you are pretending to be). If you got a problem OOC then keep it there. Also, do not make OOC posts in IC threads, if you have something you want to say OOC, say it in PM’s, IM’s, Email, or the OOC Boards. Not in IC boards. Any such posts may be deleted and technique points taken away. If the user till persist on doing it they might be banned. This rule also implies to powers. Your character shouldn’t know the powers of another unless they have fought before or was shown in a previous topic. If this rule is broken the offender’s post will be deleted and 10 technique points will be deducted.

2). The staff isn’t here to baby sit you all, if you have a problem with another member on the forum. Talk to them personally instead of coming to the administration about it. If neither party can settle the dispute then the staff will get involved and BOTH individuals will get punished accordingly

3). If you going to enter an active RP, make sure you read all of the previous posts in the topic; or at least all of the most current pages. Post will be removed if they are too far off subject and completely wrong along with deduction in Technique Points. If you can’t post on the subject, then post somewhere else.

4). We have no word censors, but that isn’t an open invitation to use profane words. It is against PHP.BB Rules to allow cursing on forums. However, I trust you to be adult enough not to cuss every other word. Other admins and I will be monitoring topics for profanity and will edit any that are too offensive. You will get three warnings along with -15 technique point reduction for language before your character is completely removed from play, which may mean banning you from our site.

5). Combat will only be considered sparring unless permission from an Admin has been received for a Death Match. And only in a Death Match are you allowed to kill off another person’s character. No, that does not mean we will ask you if you mind if it happens. The Admins will talk it over and make a call. Anyone can ask for a Death match against ANYONE else, the more information you provide as to why there's a battle, the better your chances are. But if the Death Match is denied then you will be required to leave your foe alive(though you can beat them near death) or be punished yourself and your final post edited by the administration in the way they see best fit if you tried posting their death. This rule only applies outside of “events”.

6). Lemons are not allowed on this site, for it's against forumotions rules. Though this doesn't mean one can't do one in pm.

Character Regulations(All Races)
1). No more THREE characters per person and only one can be a lieut. Rank or higher. This will allow others who want a high rank but can’t get one due to someone else hogging up two or more of the positions. The characters can not be the same race and one must be able to rp with them at least four times a week. If not your character will be strip of rank and deactivated. During events ALL characters are involved. If one don’t participate in the Event their character is declare dead and will be deleted accordingly.

2). Please make each technique and ability of your character as detailed as possible. Covering it's strengths and weakness and also given examples how the technique can be used. The more detail one have in their app the more likely it will get approved. And you would last longer in battle.

Character Regulation(Shinigami)
1).

Rules about Technique
1). In order to prevent people from making new techniques when they first joined the forums. One is allow to make a technique every 75 “Technique Points”. Technique points can be obtain when you roleplay though the points are turned off in the OOC sections thus preventing spam. You get one technique point every message after you made the topic or when you reply to a topic. After one had obtain the require number of points and decide to make a technique(this includes Kido), the points will be deducted and one must accumulate the points all over again.

2). One technique slot can be earn through [Special Events] in which an objective of some sort much be met and accomplished in order to gain a slot. These special events will be harder then normal with the chance of character's death.
